When I realized it was beyond time to refresh my dysfunctional website, I spent a lot of time looking for a company that met my criteria. I have had a few website developers over the past 10+ years; 'The X Concept' met the criteria, they were fair in pricing and easy to work with. If you have been through the process of website development you will know that even with the best of circumstances there may always be a bump or two in getting to perfection. As a small business owner, I don't have a lot of staff to handle the work that only the business owner can provide. Charles was patient, positive, and encouraging while handling the heavy work. I appreciate working with 'The X Concept' and would endorse anyone considering them for website development and marketing support.
