The challenge

JoAnna Ignace is a Broker Associate with Coldwell Banker Northland and the agent behind Your Flagstaff Home. A Flagstaff resident since 1974, she brings 23+ years in real estate, five years in new home sales and hands-on construction experience from building four personal residences. She serves first-time buyers, sellers and investors across Flagstaff’s MLS communities, guided by her philosophy: listen, strategize, celebrate.

Her offline success relied on quick sales and referrals, but her digital presence was only just starting. She needed a website built from scratch that would:

• Highlight her long local tenure and expertise
• Show live listings through a Showcase IDX MLS feed
• Make contacting her as simple as possible

What we did

Discovery and strategy

We began with a discovery sprint: we reviewed comparable boutique realtor sites, studied JoAnna’s client types and built a mood board around an earthy, trustworthy look. The brief was to put search first, keep the visuals authentic to Flagstaff and place Connect with JoAnna calls to action throughout.

A custom WordPress build

• A homepage hero framing the tagline Your Northern Arizona Realtor over an instant property search with price sliders, bed and bath filters and saved searches, connected to live MLS listings
• Fixed navigation to Properties, Communities, Buy/Sell Guides, About JoAnna and Contact
• Roboto for readability with a serif accent for headers, and a palette of forest greens, warm taupes and whites tuned for WCAG 2.1 accessibility
• A Communities section of interactive cards highlighting MLS areas with snapshots and stats
• A testimonials carousel linked to her services

Lead tools, speed and SEO

• A Home Worth valuation form and inquiry forms synced with calendars for showings
• A popup offering a Flagstaff Buyer Blueprint PDF to grow her newsletter
• WP Engine hosting, with mobile loads of 1.6 seconds and strong Core Web Vitals
• Flagstaff realtor meta tags, schema markup for listings, SSL, compliant forms and GA4 analytics from launch
