What I hear from restaurant clients
-
Our menu is a PDF nobody can read
PDF menus are slow on phones, invisible to Google and painful to update.
-
Delivery apps take a big cut
Third-party apps own the customer and take a commission on every order.
-
Hours and info are out of date
Wrong hours on the website or Google cost you customers and bad reviews.
-
We do not show up for ‘food near me’
Without local SEO, nearby diners never see you.

What clients say
Restaurants & Food: common questions
Can customers order online directly from my website?
Yes. I set up online ordering on your own site, either with WooCommerce or an ordering platform that fits your kitchen, so you keep the customer relationship.
Can I update the menu myself?
Yes. Menus are built as real web pages you can edit from WordPress in minutes, with prices, dietary notes and photos.
Do you set up reservations?
Yes. I connect the reservation system you use, or help you choose one, and add private event and catering requests.
How do I show up for ‘restaurants near me’?
With an up-to-date Google Business Profile, consistent hours and address everywhere, good photos, reviews and a fast mobile website. I handle all of it.
We have more than one location. Is that a problem?
Not at all. Each location gets its own page, hours, menu and ordering link.
How is the work billed?
By the hour. You get a written estimate before anything starts and an invoice that lists exactly what was done. No packages and no long-term contracts.
Who will actually do the work?
I will. The X Concept is run by me, Charles Oreve, and every project is planned, built and supported by me personally, with no outsourcing or subcontractors.
