What kind of IT support do you provide?

Can you move our email to Google Workspace or Microsoft 365?
Yes. I set up the new accounts on your domain, move existing email over and update your DNS so nothing is lost in the switch.
Do I need a monthly IT contract?
No. Work is billed by the hour when you need it, with a written estimate for larger projects.
Who keeps the passwords and accounts?
You do. Everything is registered in your business’s name and documented, so you are never locked out or dependent on one person.
Do you support on-site hardware and networks?
My focus is the cloud side of your business: email, domains, hosting, security and backups. If you need on-site hardware help, I can tell you what to look for.
Do you work with clients outside San Diego?
Yes. Clients are nationwide, and everything runs by phone, video call and email.
Who will actually do the work?
