What I hear from hospitality clients
-
Booking sites take a big commission
Third-party platforms own the guest and charge on every reservation.
-
Our photos do not do the place justice
Small, slow galleries undersell the experience guests are paying for.
-
Event inquiries go back and forth forever
Vague forms mean endless emails before anyone books.
-
International guests cannot read the site
English-only pages lose guests who would rather book in their own language.

What clients say
Hospitality & Events: common questions
Can guests book directly on my website?
Yes. I connect the booking engine or reservation system you use, or help you pick one, so guests book on your site instead of through a third party.
Can you build a website in French or Spanish?
Yes. I speak English, French and Spanish, and can build multilingual sites with each language properly set up for search engines.
How do you handle event and wedding inquiries?
With inquiry forms that ask for date, guest count, budget and event type, sent straight to you or your CRM so you can reply with a real proposal.
Will big photo galleries slow down the site?
No. Images are compressed, sized for each screen and loaded as visitors scroll, so galleries stay sharp and fast.
Do you work with tour and activity companies?
Yes. Tours, activities and experiences get the same booking-first approach, with availability, pricing and reviews front and center.
How is the work billed?
By the hour. You get a written estimate before anything starts and an invoice that lists exactly what was done. No packages and no long-term contracts.
Who will actually do the work?
I will. The X Concept is run by me, Charles Oreve, and every project is planned, built and supported by me personally, with no outsourcing or subcontractors.
