This page explains the privacy choices available to you on thexconcept.com, including the right of California residents (and residents of other states with similar laws) to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information.
Opt out of sale or sharing
I do not sell personal information for money. If you allowed marketing cookies, advertising partners such as Google and LinkedIn may receive identifiers and browsing activity to measure and show ads, which California law may treat as “sharing”. Use the button below to opt out on this browser. It turns marketing cookies off and deletes this site’s advertising cookies.
Do not sell or share my personal information
Opting out applies to the browser and device you are using. If you use other browsers or devices, or clear your cookies, please opt out again there.
Global Privacy Control
If your browser or an extension sends a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal, the site treats it as an opt-out request automatically: marketing cookies stay off without you doing anything. Learn more at globalprivacycontrol.org.
Cookie settings
You can also choose analytics and marketing cookies separately at any time.
Your current choice appears here once the page has loaded.
Other requests: access, correction, deletion
To ask what personal information I hold about you, to correct it, to delete it, or to opt out by another method, email info@thexconcept.com with “Privacy request” in the subject line, or call (808) 344-5043. Please tell me which request you are making and how you have been in contact with me (for example, the email address you used). I will verify your request by matching it with information I already have, and answer within 45 days. You may use an authorized agent; I will ask for proof of their authority. You will not be treated differently for using any of these rights.
Full details are in the Privacy policy.
