The challenge

Dennis Amick, a realtor based in Ventura, California, had a website that needed a redesign to improve its functionality and user experience. Visitors needed an easier way to search for properties in Ventura and the surrounding areas, and the site needed stronger search engine visibility to drive traffic and leads.

What we did

In 2021, The X Concept redesigned Dennis’s website and integrated Showcase IDX, a real estate search engine that delivers MLS data directly to the site. Visitors can now search listings easily, view high-resolution photos and virtual tours, and compare properties through a user-friendly interface. Beginning in April 2023, The X Concept also implemented AI technology for SEO, analyzing traffic and visitor behavior, identifying search patterns, and adjusting content such as page titles and meta descriptions to improve search rankings.
