SDLRLA Golf Tournament: An Event Website That Sells Sponsorships and Fills Foursomes

The San Diego La Raza Lawyers Association’s golf tournament is a key networking and community event, and its success depends on two things: selling sponsorships to firms and businesses, and filling the course with golfers. The Association needed a dedicated website that could present a full menu of sponsorship opportunities clearly, make registration simple and give the event a polished, professional presence.

As an annual event, the site also had to be easy to roll forward each year with new dates, sponsors and photos, without being rebuilt from scratch.

The X Concept built a dedicated event website designed around sponsorship sales and registration.

• Event at a glance: A logo slideshow hero, save-the-date calls to action and a clear day-of schedule, from check-in and boxed lunch to the shotgun start and the evening dinner, awards and Mariachi Happy Hour.
• Sponsorship menu: A complete breakdown of opportunities, from Title, Eagle and Birdie sponsors to hole sponsorships and hosted moments like lunch, dinner, Closest to the Pin and Longest Drive.
• Registration and payment: Single golfer and foursome registration with early bird pricing, linked to the Association’s Neon CRM event page, plus invoice, check and online payment options.
• Sponsorship inquiry form: A form that lets firms request a sponsorship directly from the site.
• Sponsor recognition: Tiered sponsor logo sections that give every supporter visibility.
• Lodging page: Travel and accommodation information for out-of-town golfers.
• Year-over-year galleries: Annual photo galleries from each tournament that build excitement and give sponsors something to share.
