Email Marketing
Email that brings clients back.
Your email list is the one audience you own. I set up the platform, build the automations and write campaigns that sound like you, so past clients remember you and new leads book.

What clients say
Email Marketing: common questions
Which email platform do you use?
Whichever fits your business. I can work in the platform you already use or recommend one based on your list size, budget and the automations you need.
Do you write the emails?
Yes. I write them in your voice and send drafts for your approval before anything goes out.
Is email marketing still effective?
Yes. People who already know you are far more likely to book or buy again, and email reaches them directly instead of depending on an algorithm.
Will my emails end up in spam?
Proper domain authentication (SPF, DKIM and DMARC), clean lists and relevant content keep deliverability high. That setup is part of every project.
How much does email marketing cost?
My time is billed by the hour, with a written estimate first. The email platform subscription is separate and in your name.
Do you work with clients outside San Diego?
Yes. Clients are nationwide, and everything runs by phone, video call and email.
Who will actually do the work?
I will. The X Concept is run by me, Charles Oreve, and I handle every project personally, with no outsourcing or subcontractors.
