Charles (the X Concept) and I were a combination that almost never would happen. But Charles’ love for golf and interaction made this possible. We spoke about Charles’ long standing history of building great websites from small to mid-big business. He had my ear at the Torrey pines golf course as him and I were both singles on the course. I committed to his business and ideas after speaking to him for about a month. He threw in ideas for my urgent care websites (Newmed Immediate Care and Cermak Immediate Care) that I had never been pitched to before. Prior to joining Charles, I was using a run of the mill website dev company that handled accounts like mine by the 100s. There is a difference with Charles. He is the company and he is a tireless worker who believes in his craft and passion. I am happy I accidentally bumped into him and I can tell you that my business is way better with his help in SEO, aesthetic appeal and being there when I need him. Thank you Charles and the X concept.

I highly recommend Charles! He is incredibly responsive, even when he was out of the country, and always made sure to get back to me quickly. He works efficiently without sacrificing quality, and the finished work was exactly what I needed. It’s hard to find someone who is both quick and dependable while still producing great work, but he definitely is.he also takes the time to educate his clients.

I own and operate a small business, a law firm in Northern California. When I started my firm I had a very basic website and it worked okay for a while, but I noticed I wasn't getting found online. I was so very lucky to be introduced to Charles at The X Concept- Digital Marketing. I hired him to review my site, make recommendations and transform my online presence. From the first moment I knew he knew this space and was an expert at driving online engagement. Now, I have a beautiful and professional looking website. And the cost, a no brainer. The cases/business his work has brought in has already paid for itself. If you are a business owner looking to upgrade your online presence, he is your guy. I can personally vouch for his services. You will not be disappointed. I wish I could give him more stars.
