Maui Chocolate Coffee Tours is a newly setup website by Hawaii Farm Tours. We have been contacted by General Manager Ann on the behalf of the owner of the company, Colin. Ann found us through a referral from one our long time clients Aloha Bars Maui.

Maui Chocolate Coffee tours provides guided visits of Kupa’a farms in Kula, Maui. They arrived to us with a blank canvas, so we helped them develop the strategy while implementing tools they were already familiar with.

Website platform

After explaining to them the benefits of a wordpress website, as well as the multiple integrations available on the platform, we developed a complete website solution for them, implemented with SSL on a shared server that is allowing them to have sufficient performance while keeping their budget in check.

Identity

As a brand new company, the owner and manager asked us to develop a branding identity following some ideas and codes they had in mind. We helped them develop some traditional marketing tools that will allow them to target hotel concierges and local activity providers.

Reservation System

The Manager for Maui Chocolate Coffee Tours was familiar with an online reservation tool called Fareharbor, therefore we integrated their system directly in the website to automate the online reservation system.

Social Media Marketing

We have setup the social media accounts for the business and showed them organic ways to grow their following. Having them using an Instagram scheduler in combination with a hashtag generator, maximizing the engagement and acquisition.
