The Free for personal use alternative to Teamviewer. We used it for some time, then switched to TeamViewer for reliability issues at the time.

Much easier to collaborate with your team than to deal with software installed on your computer; It is cross platform as well. Google Docs now natively handles Word Documents, Google Sheets natively handles Excel files, and on top of everything else, it’s free. It also gives you 15Gb of storage for free, therefore not needing services that get you to pay for cloud storage.
